That this Council approves of the expenditure

during the financial year 1938 on the various items of

Loan Works authorised under Ordinance No. 11 of 1934.

as specified below, of a sum of $815,577.21, which sum

shall be met by advances from the surplus balances of the Colony pending the issue of the remainder of the Loan

authorised under the said Ordinance.
